Terms and Conditions
To complete the rental of any bicycle or accessory from Riders Boutique Barcelona, S.L., it will be necessary that, before picking up the material, each renter signs the following conditions:
1. The Renter must be minimum 18 years old.
2. The renter must provide a valid credit card as a guarantee for the rental. It will be charged to cover possible damages and additional expenses related to the rental.
3. The bike must be returned in proper condition. Any damage or negligence will be charged to the renter.
4. The renter is responsible for all traffic infractions and all caused damages to the bike, affecting its operation, during the rental. The renter must pay all fines and recovery costs related to these infractions.
5. The bike must not be used for illegal activities.
6. The renter must report any technical or maintenance issues immediately to the rental company.
7. The rental is for a specified period and must be returned at the agreed time, any delay will be charged.
8. Rental terms and rates are subject to change without notice.
9. The deposit will be returned to the renter by the rental company at the end of the present contract.
